A credit report is a detailed report of an individual's credit history prepared by a credit bureau. Credit bureaus collect information and create credit reports based on that information, and lenders use the reports along with other details to determine loan applicants' credit worthiness.
Even if you have never taken out credit before, it’s important to provide us with a credit report. The process for obtaining a credit report differs in each country, we have listed some links below to help you. Some of these options may no longer be available, in which case please visit your bank for guidance or email us at email@example.com for support.
If the report is issued in a language other than English, please ensure that you provide us with a full English translation by a certified translator. You are welcome to use a freelance service such as Upwork.com as long as you include the full name and contact details of the translator.
If the report shows late payments or delinquent accounts, explanation of the circumstances is required for each occurrence.
If the report is incorrect, contact your credit bureau and get an updated or corrected version.
If you have difficulty downloading your credit report, we can accept a single screenshot but it would need to show the full details of your credit report, your name, date, contact details will need to be visible as well as the payment history.
