Made an in-app payment? You can view your payment status directly from the app.
Once you've initiated a Direct Debit payment you can navigate back to your loans home page where you will see the payment as pending. Your payment due amount will not decrease just yet as reflected below:
When we have received your payment we will begin the process of allocating the payment to your loan. At this point, your payment will not appear on the app for 24-48 hours. Once we've allocated your received payment your payment due decreases by the amount you've paid.
Don't worry - once the payment is received and allocated we'll send you a confirmation email with your payment receipt.
You may view your payment/s by clicking on the Transaction History tab. This is the dollar icon located next to the house on the applications panel at the bottom of the screen. If you have more than 1 loan, you can click on the drop-down menu at the top and select a different account or a combined transaction history section for all of your loans.
It is important to note that your outstanding balance is only updated at the start of each new payment cycle to take into consideration all payments made during the previous payment cycle.
If your payment fails we'll let you know and tell you why. You'll also see the status of your payment change on the app to failed.
