Payments through our app:
- For recurring payments
Funds will be debited from your account between the 12th and the last day of the month.
These payments typically take 5-8 business days to reach us, depending on international transfers and the intermediary banks involved in processing the transaction.
- For one-time payments
One-time payments are debited from your account within 24 hours of initiating the payment. Similar to recurring payments, it usually takes 5-8 business days for the funds to reach us.
Third-party payment vendors:
Payments made using vendors like Flywire or Wise typically take 3-5 business days to reflect against your loan.
To make the process smoother, use the link provided in your monthly statement. This ensures the vendor can accurately track your payment and forward it to us efficiently.
International transfers may involve specific regulations or processing times based on the country of origin. Please account for these factors when planning your payment to avoid delays.
Direct bank transfer:
The banking details for our HSBC account are provided in your monthly statement. Please refer to this document for the most up-to-date information.
