1. What is acceptable proof of savings?
a) Personal Savings:
For proof of personal savings, we will accept the following documents in non-editable PDF format:
- Bank Statement
- Bank Letter
- Fixed Deposit Slips
- Investment Statement
- Pension Fund Statement
- Provident Fund Statement
- Proof of Internship Salary

b) Payments or deposits made to your school:
If you have already made a payment or deposit to your school, then we can add this amount to your savings. We will need the invoice/statement from the school or a screenshot of an email from your school confirming the amount that has been paid.
c) Contributions from friends or family:
For contributions from friends or family, the following documents are accepted along with a financial support declaration form:
- Bank Statement
- Bank Letter
- Fixed Deposit Slips
- Investment Statement
- Pension Fund Statement
- Provident Fund Statement

2. What do I need to include in my proof of savings?
- Your name and surname
- The name and logo of the financial institution must be visible
- Bank account balance or the current value of investments
- The document should not be older than 90 days from the date of upload
3. What do I need to include in my proof of financial support form?
- The contributor’s name and surname must be visible
- The contributor needs to confirm the amount that will be provided to the student
- The contributor needs to state the student's name
- The contributor needs to state the school that the student will be attending
- The contributor needs to indicate on the form if the contribution is a gift or a loan
- The contributor also needs to sign the financial support form
- The contributor needs to state their full contact information
- We will require the family/friend to complete this form so you can upload it to your dashboard in addition to providing their statements
4. Which documents can't be used as proof of savings?
- Car papers
- Real estate or property documentation
- Gold ornaments
- Personal credit card statements
5. Language translation and currency conversion:
Providing us with certified English copies of your documents will help speed up the application process.
If your documents are in your local language, our in-house servicing team will be able to translate and currency convert your documents, but in the rare instance where a translation is required, we'll let you know.
