1. What proof of scholarship can we accept?
We'll accept proof of your scholarship in the form of a letter, email or screenshot from the institution with all the necessary information.
Your proof of scholarship should be in a non-editable format (this means JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF).
We don't accept I-20 forms as proof of scholarship.
2. What details should my proof of scholarship letter include?
- Your name and surname must be visible
- Your university's name and logo/stamp must be visible
- The scholarship amount must be stated
- The academic year the scholarship is being granted for and breakdown of the scholarship per year
- Name and signature of the university Dean, Principal or admissions representative
3. What details should the proof of scholarship email from your school include?
- Your email address must be visible and must match the email address used in your application
- The email address of your university must be visible
- The scholarship amount must be stated
- The date the email was generated and the period that your admission is valid for
- The academic year the scholarship is being granted for and breakdown of the scholarship per year
