We’ll pay off your previous loan with your old provider by sending them the funds. To make sure this has been successful, we’ll be following up on the settlement with a direct contact person at your previous lender.
We do this to make sure there haven’t been any hold-ups and you can rest easy knowing your loan has been settled.
If you have a USD loan we’ll reach out to them one week after we’ve sent the funds. If you have a non-USD loan, we’ll reach out to them two weeks so give them time to receive the funds.
