When you accept a loan offer from Prodigy Finance, we want to ensure you’re in control until it’s time to commit to that loan. Once you’ve uploaded all your documents and we’ve completed our review, we'll look to match you to our available funding.
Each year, we raise funds which we’ll use to lend to international students. We raise funds from a diverse group of investors who share our mission and trust our unique credit risk model. As a standard practice, each of these investors set a series of conditions for using the funds they’ve provided.
As a last step before you commit to your loan, we’ll match your application to our available funding. Once we’ve confirmed the funding for your application, we’ll ask you to declare your commitment so we can finalise the loan. Your next step will be to read through your official loan agreement and sign electronically once you arrive on campus.
If you’re matched to funding but you’re no longer interested in taking the loan, we’ll ask you to let us know so we can provide those funds to another international student.
*Your loan is only confirmed once you've signed the loan agreement, and Prodigy Finance has countersigned.
