Attending a US school:
Congratulations on accepting your match - your loan is now approved. The next step will be for your school to certify your application. To find out more about the certification process for your application and the next steps, click here!
Attending a school outside the US:
If you are attending a school outside of the US, your school informs us of when they would like to receive your funds and due to this, we aren’t able to change the disbursement date or split.
We’ll finalise your loan after you've accepted your match, and, shortly before sending your funds to your school, we’ll make your loan agreement available for signing. Once you’ve e-signed your loan agreement, we’ll countersign and send the funds to your school.
Funds not received by your school?
Please remember that once we send the funds to your school, it can take 3-5 business days before your school allocates it to your student account. If 10 business days have passed and your funds are still not allocated, please get in touch with us and we'll work with your school to investigate why the funds have not reflected.
