What does Convera allow?
Depending on where you are paying from, Convera will allow you to:
- Make payment in your local currency
- Make payment via credit or debit card
- Initiate a bank-to-bank transfer at preferential rates
How do I make payment through Convera?
1. Log into your Prodigy Finance Mobile App through the links below:
2. Click on the “Pay” icon on the home screen
3. Navigate to the Convera icon and select it.
4. This will navigate you to the home page of Convera where you will be able to complete your payment as per the steps below:
- Select the country you will be sending money from.
- Select the currency of your loan and enter the amount you'd like to pay.
- Click the 'Get Quote' button.
- You will then be directed to a 'payment details' page where you will choose the type of transfer you would like to make (different transfer types will become available depending on the currency you are paying with).
- Once you've selected the transfer type you will be prompted to view the details of your transfer and to ensure that you've included your loan reference number (starting with 'PF...', 'PDG...' or 'RF...')
- At this point, you will also be able to ensure that the payer's details are correct. Prodigy Finance's address and account details can be found in your monthly statement on page 2.
- You will then need to agree to Convera's T&Cs to proceed with making the payment.
- Once agreed, you will be directed to the final step of completing your payment. This is where you will be shown a summary of your payment before submitting the funds.
How long does it take for the payment to reach you?
Once the payment has been initiated, it will take between 3-12 days for the funds to arrive with Prodigy Finance. This is due to the extra time needed to make international payments.
Who do I contact if I experience challenges with making payments on Convera?
