You must complete a short Video KYC (VKYC) verification. This is a mandatory regulatory step to confirm your identity and finalise your loan.
Why is the Video KYC required?
Video KYC is a mandatory regulatory requirement to verify your identity before issuing your loan.You will not be able to sign your loan agreement until this step is completed successfully.
How does the Video KYC process work?
- You’ll receive an email with a link to log in to Digio.
- You’ll fetch your Aadhaar via Digilocker.
- You’ll schedule a short video call with an Avanse agent.
- During the video call, your identity will be verified.
- Once successfully completed, your application will move to the next stage.
The video call typically takes only a few minutes.
When will I receive the KYC link?
You should receive an email from Avanse/Digio within 72 hours of your loan approval.
If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it hasn’t arrived after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll follow up.
What do I need for the Video KYC call?
Before your call, please have:
- Your Aadhaar, accessible via Digilocker
- Your PAN card, clearly visible on camera
- A phone or laptop with a working camera
- A stable internet connection
Tip: Using your phone may make it easier to scan your PAN card during the call.
I’m not receiving the OTP - what should I do?
The OTP is sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card.
If:
- Your mobile number is not linked to Aadhaar, or
- Your linked number is outdated
You’ll need to update it via the UIDAI website before continuing.Once your number is updated, return to your Prodigy student dashboard and retry the KYC process.
I’m having technical issues with Digio
If you’re experiencing issues such as:
- Trouble logging in
- Aadhaar not fetching
- Document upload errors
- Video call connection problems
We recommend:
- Switching browsers
- Trying again on your mobile device
- Ensuring your internet connection is stable

I’ve completed my Video KYC - what happens next?
Once you’ve completed your Video KYC with Avanse, no further action is required from you at this stage.
Please allow 24–72 hours for us to receive confirmation from Avanse. Once we receive confirmation that your Video KYC has been successfully completed, we will move your application to the next stage and notify you.
If your dashboard hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check on it.
