1. How much is the admin fee?
Our admin fee is 4.2% of the loan amount. This one-time fee is added to your total loan balance and included in your APR calculation.
2. What are in-school payments?
These are small, fixed monthly payments you make while studying. They help reduce the total interest you pay over the life of the loan.
- Full-time students: Pay USD 100 per month during your studies and the 6-month grace period after your course ends. Full repayments begin after the 6-month grace period.
- Part-time students: Pay USD 100 per month during the first 3 months of your studies. Full repayments begin in month four, after the 3-month grace period.
3. When do full repayments start?
- Full-time students: Six months after your course ends.
- Part-time students: In the fourth month of your course.
4. Will in-school payments reduce my overall cost?
Yes. Making payments while studying lowers your outstanding balance, which means less interest accrues, saving you money over time.
5. Is the admin fee refundable?
No. The admin fee is non-refundable and applies only if you accept your final loan offer.
6. Can I repay early?
Yes. You can repay your loan early at any time, with no penalties or extra fees.
7. Why didn’t I have in-school payments on my previous loan?
Loan terms can vary by intake. Funding availability and product structures change over time, which means repayment terms may differ from previous applications. If in-school payments apply to your loan, this will always be clearly shown before you accept your final loan offer.
8. When do in-school payments start?
This depends on how you’re studying:
- Full-time students: USD 100 per month during your studies and the 6-month grace period after your course ends. Full repayments start after the grace period.
- Part-time students: USD 100 per month for the first 3 months. Full repayments start in month four.
