What is the ProdiSHE campaign
ProdiSHE is a campaign created by Prodigy Finance and NovaGrad to support women pursuing STEM degrees.
The campaign runs from 10 March 2026 to 10 May 2026 (GMT) and offers two opportunities:
• NovaGrad application fee waivers for women applying to selected partner universities through NovaGrad
• ProdiShe impact awards of USD 1,000 for eligible Prodigy Finance borrowers
Each opportunity has its own eligibility criteria and selection committee.
Who can participate in ProdiSHE
ProdiSHE is open to women pursuing STEM degrees (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
Eligibility depends on the specific opportunity:
• The NovaGrad fee waiver is open globally
• The ProdiShe impact award is available to eligible female Prodigy Finance borrowers who are residents in India
What are the NovaGrad application fee waivers
Ten women will receive application fee waivers when applying to selected partner universities through NovaGrad.
To qualify:
• You must identify as female
• You must apply to a STEM degree
• The application must be submitted through NovaGrad
• The application must be made between 10 March 2026 and 10 May 2026 (GMT)
You do not need a Prodigy Finance loan to qualify for this selection.
What is the ProdiShe impact award
The ProdiShe impact award provides two awards of USD 1,000 for eligible Prodigy Finance borrowers.
To qualify, you must:
• Identify as female
• Be a resident in India
• Be studying an eligible STEM degree
• Apply for a Prodigy Finance loan during the campaign period
• Accept the loan during the campaign period
• Have the loan disbursed (this may happen after the campaign period)
Common Questions
Do I need to apply separately for the campaign
No separate campaign application is required.
Entry happens automatically when you complete the relevant action during the campaign period:
• Submit an eligible application through NovaGrad
• Apply for and accept a Prodigy Finance loan
If I enter one selection, am I automatically entered into the other
No. The NovaGrad fee waiver and the ProdiShe impact award are separate selection and essay questions with different eligibility requirements.
You will only be entered into a selection if you meet the requirements for that specific opportunity.
When will the winners be selected?
Winners will be selected on or before 8 June 2026. Selected participants will be contacted directly using the contact details provided during their application.
How will winners be notified?
If you are selected as a winner, you will be contacted directly using the contact details associated with your application.
If you are not selected, you may not receive a separate notification.
How is the USD 1,000 ProdiShe impact award paid?
The USD 1,000 award will be applied as a deduction to your Prodigy Finance loan balance.
Can students outside India receive the USD 1,000 award
No. The ProdiShe impact award is available only to eligible female Prodigy Finance borrowers who are residents in India.
Students outside India may still qualify for the NovaGrad application fee waiver selection, which is open globally.
Do non-STEM programmes qualify
No. ProdiSHE supports women pursuing STEM degrees only, which include:
• Science
• Technology
• Engineering
• Mathematics

Do I need a Prodigy Finance loan to participate
A loan is not required for the NovaGrad fee waiver selection. A Prodigy Finance loan is required to qualify for the ProdiShe impact award.
What universities qualify for the NovaGrad waiver
The waiver applies to selected partner universities available through NovaGrad. Eligibility depends on the universities listed on the NovaGrad platform during the campaign period.
What happens if my loan is disbursed after the campaign period
Your loan can still qualify for the ProdiShe impact award if:
• You applied for the loan during the campaign period
• You accepted the loan during the campaign period
• The loan is later disbursed
Disbursement does not have to occur before 10 May 2026.
