Between the 12th and 15th of every month, monthly statements are released for the previous repayment cycle. The statement will include a breakdown of the payments made, the interest charged, as well as the next installment amount due.
You can view your current and past monthly statements via the Prodigy Finance Repayment App. This can be done by simply following the steps below, depending on how you have accessed the app:
iOS/Android:
- Click on the loan reference number of the loan statement you would like to view – this can be found under the 'Loans' section on the homepage of the app (Total for all loans)
- Scroll down and tap the 'Statement Overview' tile to bring up past statements.
- Select the period dropdown to choose a specific statement period and download past statements by tapping the download arrow.
Web Browser:
- Click on the 'Loans' tab on the homepage of the web browser.
- Select the loan you would like to view your statement for.
- Tap the arrow on the right-hand side of the screen to bring up your latest statement.
- Select the period dropdown to choose a specific statement period and view past statements.
- The web browser will give you the option to download your statement in PDF format.
