How do I update my personal information post graduation?

If you would like to update your personal information, this can simply be done on our repayment app. 

Download the app

Our mobile app makes accessing your loan information and personal details available to you, no matter where you are in the world.  If you do not have the app yet, here are some ways you can download it: 

Remember: the email address we have on the system for the app is the same email address you submitted your application with. 

Updating your physical address 

Here's how to update the address associated with your account:

  1. Log on to the Prodigy Finance app on iOS or Android, or on the web. 
  2. Click on My profile on the web, or the profile icon on the bottom right of the mobile app. 
  3. Click on Edit next to Address
    • If you haven't turned on location tracking, you'll be prompted to do so. This lets us easily find your address and to send relevant messages based on your location. 
  4. You can:
    • Search for your address and we will automatically fill in the relevant address fields; or
    • Manually enter your address details in the provided fields
  5. Click on Add New Address

Updating your Phone Number 

To update the contact number associated with your account:

  1. Navigate to My profile
  2. Click on Edit next to your contact number
  3. Select your country code
  4. Enter your mobile number
  5. Click Save Changes

 Updating Email Address 

To change your email address:

  1. Navigate to My profile
  2. Click Edit next to your email address
  3. To update:
    1. Edit the email you wish to update
    2. Click Save Changes
  4. To add:
    1. Click on Add another email address
    2. Enter the additional email address you would like to add
    3. Select which address you would prefer to be primary by clicking on the appropriate checkbox
    4. Click Save Changes
