Before you proceed with the payment, please make sure to:
- Decide how long you want the custom allocation to be in effect
- Make the exact payment amount requested in a single transaction
Step 1: Contact us
- Before you make the payment, please send an email to payments@prodigyfinance.com with the intended split once you have initiated payment, as international transfers usually take a few days to be received.
Remember that we need to receive this request before we receive the payment.
Step 2: Decide the length of time
- Decide how long you would like the custom allocation to run. We can allocate the split for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. If you want a unique split every month, you'll need to confirm this with us monthly.
Step 3: Make payment
Pay the exact amount requested in a single payment. We can split your payment based on either the amount you wish to pay or a percentage allocation towards each loan.
We'd like to share a few important points with you:
- If you're making a payment via direct bank transfer or using a different currency than your loan currency, please make sure the amount we receive matches exactly what you requested for a custom payment split.
- If the amount differs, we'll allocate it according to the percentage split, which might affect your loan if the payments fall short of the minimum due.
- If you're planning to make multiple payments, each one will be split based on the custom allocation unless you let us know otherwise.
