When submitting your application, you would have selected whether you are currently employed or have a post-study job offer.
To confirm your current employment or post-study job offer, you would need to confirm your salary. Please ensure that this document includes the following:
I’m an employed, full-time student
You need to provide ALL of the following documents to prove your pre-study salary:
- 3 months’ salary slips dated within the last 6 months of your last date of employment. These salary slips should display:
- Your name and surname
- Your company name
- The payment period
- Your gross salary (gross salary is what you earn before deductions)
- Your net salary (net wages, or net salary, is what you earn after deductions
- As well as 1 months corresponding bank statement showing your net income (as per your salary slip)
I’m a self-employed, full-time student
You’ll need to provide all of the following documents to prove your salary:
- 3 months contracts/invoices. These documents should display:
- Your name and surname
- Your company name
- The payment period
- Your gross salary (what you earn before deductions)
- Your net salary (what you earn after deductions)
- 3 months corresponding bank statements/most recent tax certificate
I have a job offer for when I graduate from my Masters
You’ll need to provide us with the following:
- An employment contract reflecting the following:
- Your name, surname and signature
- Your employer’s name, surname and signature
- The confirmed salary
- The confirmed employment start date
I’m a part time student
You will need to provide us with proof of your current permanent, full-time employment. For this Proof of Salary, you will need to submit the following:
- 3 months salary slips dated within the last 4 months, as well as a corresponding bank statement for the previous month, displaying your net income (as per your salary slip). Your salary slips should display:
- Your name and surname
- Your company name
- The payment period
- Your gross salary (gross salary is what you earn before deductions)
- Your net salary (net wages, or net salary, is what you earn after deductions
Please note that we are unable to support part-time students who are self-employed or employed as contractor.
What is not accepted as Proof of Salary?
- Commission
- Bonuses
- Dividends
- Internship salary
