What we’ll ask you to confirm
As part of the verification process, we’ll ask you to confirm details such as:
- Who you are
- Where you currently live
- Your school admission
- Your financial information, where applicable
The exact requirements depend on your application and will be clearly shown in your dashboard.
Proof of identity
We’ll ask you to confirm your identity to make sure your application is secure and protected against fraud. You’ll complete a quick, guided identity check on your dashboard.

Proof of address
We’ll need to confirm your current residential address, as listed in your application. This helps ensure your application details are accurate and up to date. This document should clearly display your name and full residential address, matching what you stated in your application.

School admission confirmation
We’ll ask you to confirm that you’ve been accepted to the school, course and intake as indicated in your application. This ensures your loan matches your actual programme of study.

Credit history
We’ll ask you to provide information about your credit history so we can complete our review. If you’ve never taken out credit before, that’s okay, you can provide us with your "No hit" / "No data" report instead. It must be prepared by a credit reference agency of a specific country.

Income information (if applicable)
Depending on your employment history, we may ask you to confirm details about your current or future income. This helps us better understand your overall financial profile. If this applies to you, your dashboard will clearly explain what’s needed and if you need to upload proof.

General document guidelines
To help your verification go smoothly, please keep the following in mind for all uploads:
- Documents should be clear and easy to read
- Upload files in a non-editable format (such as PDF, JPEG, or PNG)
- Your full name should be visible on the document
- Where applicable, documents should show a visible date
- If documents aren’t in English, we may ask for a certified English translation (please note that you may need to pay for certain certified translation services).

I uploaded the wrong document. Can you delete it?
That’s okay. This happens more often than you think. Simply upload the correct one, and our team will review the most recent version.
I accidentally clicked “Accept” How do I reopen the task?
If you’ve already submitted a task and need to update it, you can email the correct document to us and ask us to attach it to your application on your behalf.
